Scientists recommend increasing planting densities to create a micro-climate under the leaf canopy, helping to regulate soil temperature, boost humidity, and reduce evaporation. In a recent trial in the Ivory Coast during a particularly hot and dry season, Du Roi Williams outperformed all other varieties, showing no signs of stress and delivering the best pack-out results.
